Afallon Mon
A distillery on the Isle of Anglesey producing Afallon Dry Gin from an eighteenth century barn.
Located at Bedo Farm near Llanfachraeth, Afallon Mon Distillery produces Afallon Dry Gin using water from a 200-year-old well on site. Formulated by master distiller Gerard Evans, the gin is made with local and global botanicals including juniper, cardamom, peppercorns, star anise, lemon, and orange peel. Varieties include Afallon Mon Gin Original as well as Blueberry and Elderflower.
