Based at Derwydd Farm near Corwen, Blodyn Aur produces extra virgin, unrefined, cold-pressed rapeseed oil grown, pressed, and bottled on Welsh soil. The range includes Welsh rapeseed mayonnaise and flavoured dressings. Their oil has a light, nutty character and is rich in omega-3 and vitamin E, making it suitable for cooking, baking, or use in cold dishes.
