Bryn Cocyn is a mixed organic farm located under Moel Fodiar, overlooking the Vale of Clwyd. They have farmed organically since 1989, using a six-year rotation of cereals and red clover to maintain soil vitality. The farm produces beef, lamb, apples, soft fruit, vegetables, cereals, spring barley, peas, oats, and chicory. Most of their vegetables are sold wholesale to The Vale Grocer in Denbigh, and Patrick's books are also available for purchase.
