Artisan cheesemakers and small dairy farm based at Rhoscefnhir on the Isle of Anglesey.
Run by Maldwyn and Menai Jones, this farm produces blue vein, Camembert, and farmhouse cheeses from Pedigree Holstein Friesian cows. Their award-winning selection includes the firm blue cheese Môn Las, a Supreme Cheese Award winner from the Royal Welsh Show, and Gouda Mon. They also make a cheese containing samphire from a nearby fish farm in Pwllheli.
