Located on 350 acres in Snowdonia, Idris and Mari Evans rear and sell lamb and beef from their farm at Erw Faethlon. The business includes a dedicated on-farm meat processing unit for full traceability from field to plate. Traditional meat recipes, such as pies and faggots, are produced through their second business, Cegin Maethlon. Products are available at the Country Market in Dolgellau and the Machynlleth Primary School Market.
