Located in a purpose-built creamery in a converted Catholic Church, Cosyn Cymru specialises in unpasteurised sheep's milk cheese and creamy yogurt. Carrie Rimes produces these goods in small batches using natural ingredients and traditional methods influenced by the local terroir. You can try the Brefu Bach or visit the shop for other local produce, including chutneys, coffee, and Wacky Wedge Goat's Cheese.
