Based at Cae Tyfu, Glanllyn Farm in Wigfair, this family-run farm is operated by Steve and Laura. They grow a variety of microgreens including broccoli, garlic chives, peashoots, red amaranth, and sunflower. Their produce won Welsh produce of the year at the Food Awards Wales 2024. They were also named Rising Star at the Business Growth Awards 2025 and received a Highly Commended award for Business Resilience at Food and Drink Wales 2025.
