Wales’ last working windmill in Llanddeusant, Anglesey, producing traditionally stoneground organic wholemeal flour.
Built in 1776, this windmill produces stoneground wholemeal flour made from 100% organic wheat. The flour is a coarse variety, and it is recommended to swap 10% to 50% of usual flour in recipes with Llynon Flour to maintain texture. Visitors can go inside the mill during opening hours and, on certain days, see the mill in operation.
