The last surviving windmill in Wales, producing stoneground wholemeal flour from organic wheat in Anglesey.
Built in 1775, this ancient gristmill produces stoneground wholemeal flour using organic wheat. The site includes two roundhouses providing insight into Iron Age farming life and the two-mile Llynon Trail. The mill is currently managed by Richard Holt and his family.
