The Clwydian Butcher is a traditional butcher's shop in Llangollen, opened in 2023 by Alan Downes and Nathan Smith, who bring over 50 years of combined butchery experience. The shop sources from local suppliers and farms, curing its own bacon and making its own sausages, burgers, pies and pastries, all prepared in view of the shop front. A commercial kitchen and production area added since opening has expanded the range into pie production and cold meats.
