The Jackdaw

Located on the first floor of a former cinema within the medieval walled town of Conwy, The Jackdaw features rustic white walls and sheepskin-lined chairs. Chef Nick Rudge, who previously worked for Heston Blumenthal, leads the kitchen. The modern tasting menu focuses on hyper-seasonality and Welsh produce, using well-judged flavour combinations with a playful edge.
